Picture an 86 year old woman who has lived in her home for 58 years, but now realizes that she is “house rich” and “money poor”. She knows she should sell and hopefully gain both a house in another less expensive state and money in the bank, but selling becomes all too traumatizing to her.
Blayne involves her every step of the way explaining advising her on the selling process. But at the very last minute, when the buyers are at the house and ready to sign, she suffers a very extreme case of “house remorse” and wants to back out. So now I’m living in another state in a lovely home, fully paid for, and money in the bank. His advise was right on the money. I have no qualms, no regrets. And if you have a house to sell, call him! You definitely won’t regret it.
