     Blayne Pacelli is an honest, intelligent, professional salesman. More importantly, he has a genuine personal caring for his clients--walking a fine line between his knowledge of the best way he feels he should sell your house and making sure he never forgets your needs and wants. He performs this feat by carefully listening to you-really listening.

     Picture an 86 year old woman who has lived in her home for 58 years, but now realizes that she is "house rich" and money poor". She knows she should sell and hopefully gain a house in another less expensive state and money in the bank, but selling and moving becomes all too tramatizing for her.

     Blayne involves her in every step of the way by explaining and advising her on the selling process. But at the very last minute, when the buyers are at the house and ready to sign, she suffers a very extreme case of "house remorse" and wants to back out. Without being angry or pushy or using the legal "you can't do this" routine, he gently tells her that she can do whatever she really wants to do and he will back her up 100% even if it means losing his professional reputation. And yes, Mr. and Mrs. Sceptic he really means it.

     So know I am living in another state in a lovely home, fully paid for, and money in the bank. His advice was right on the money. I have no qualms, no regrets. And if you have a house to sell, call him! You definitley won't regret it.
